You are a trooper and should me so proud of yourself. You are right about accomplishing something most people will never do. Runners are crazy, beautiful people with a passion like no one else's. Congrats on an amazing race. That's a beautiful medal. I hope you have somewhere special to hang it to remind yourself of a job well done. You have a gorgeous son by the way! What a lucky little boy to have such amazing parents! Have an amazing Wednesday!Christina @ The Athletarianhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07328839478273608532noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6822096984973552912.post-85953287749861895212011-10-12T15:34:55.301-07:002011-10-12T15:34:55.301-07:00Congratulations!!! I'm happy your achilles held out long enough for you to finish.

Other random comments...

I have a pair of running shorts almost identical to yours :

Last summer, had a dog follow me home for about 3 miles. Fortunately she had a tag w/ tel#, so I was able to deliver her home. Ironic twist - her name was Bella....same name as MY dog :)

OK, enough randomness. Happy recovery and happy planning for your redemption race!Lisahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09956724450988998624noreply@blogger.com
