Three Things Thursday

1. I love it when my run accidentally turns out to be a progressive run! I was not shooting for it but realized it only after I uploaded my run!
2. I am having a lot of fun with my new Garmin 620. If you are a numbers person you will love it too. It gives you so much information about each run and your overall running dynamics. I want to post a review of the watch from my prospective as soon as I have it all figured out. So far so good. I really kind of love it!
3. Tomorrow is my last day of work before I start my vacation and I am pretty excited. I will be off for a whole 17 days. It is going to be hard to go back to work!

Are you taking any time off from work this holiday season?

  1. I often don't know just what I ran until I look at it at home, too. I'd love to get home and see that I ran a progressive run like that!

  4. I am researching Garmins for someone I am coaching and was amazed with all the capabilities of the 620. Makes me want one even though my 210 seems to be working just fine....for now.

    1. The 620 does have a lot to offer but there are so many nice watches out there. I loved my Garmin 610 but I am enjoying all of the data from the 620.

  5. I have two runs with my Garmin and I'm loving it too! I haven't ran with a GPS watch since 2009 so I'm loving not having to fumble with a phone app anymore but the 620 is pretty amazing in of itself. I love the bluetooth and the numbers. Now it's time to get busy improving my form! I'm off after Friday too. I can't wait for 2 weeks vacation!

    1. You will love it! It has so much to offer so I have been busy trying to get it all figured out. According to the Race Predictor function, Boston should be achievable but we will see what 2014 has in the cards for me.

  7. I'm so intrigued by all of those numbers! I'm using the Garmin Forerunner 10 because I didn't think it was worth buying another "pricey" watch, but I really miss the details. NICE progressive run, too!
